Concorso Italiano Advertising Specs

All Spectators, Exhibitors, Vendors, Sponsors and Media receive a Concorso Italiano Collectible Event Magazine, which is included in the event admission. More than 8,000 automotive enthusiasts are expected at the Concorso Italiano; with a pass-along rate estimated at four to five, the highly demographic readership of the program reaches approximately 40,000.

Event Goodie Bags

The Event Goodie Bag holds promotional materials and souvenirs from Concorso Italiano Sponsors and Corporate Participants.

The Goodie Bag Inserts placed in the first 1000 bags are distributed to Exhibitors. All other Goodie Bags and Inserts are distributed to our highly demographic Spectators. Orders may be placed in 1000 insert increments.

Artwork Specifications
Display advertising should be submitted in electronic format.

Please note:

• On crossover spreads - please overlap image 3/8" at spine on one page to allow for trim.
• Type must be farther than 1/4" from all four sides.

Data Formats: Quark XPress preferred and compatible with Mac. All design elements should be CMYK. Accepted formats include: EPS, PSD, PDF and TIF. Please include all linked files and a color proof output (Fuji or equivalent) of your ad. Please refer to the Mechanical Specs above for size bleeds.

Fonts: Must be included with file. Truetype, OpenType or PostScript Type 1 only.

Art and Images: Images and elements should be CYMK, placed at 100%, saved to SWOP standards with a minimum resolution of 350 dpi, line art and text must be 600 dpi. Acceptable formats are EPS, PDF or TIFF. Not accepted formats are JPEG, GIF, or MS Word Documents. If creating a PDF, please embed all fonts and images.

Compatible Media: CD-ROM, FTP

• Reasonable charges will apply for color proof if not supplied by advertiser.
• If computer generated other than Mac OS, please call.
• Additional charges will apply if artwork needs to be generated for advertiser.

Final ad materials must be received by June 1st.

All ads sold on cash-with-copy basis. All rates are net. Please make checks payable to Concorso Italiano. We accept all major credit cards.
