Concorso Italiano's unique format features vehicles of Italian origin, and its atmosphere is one of festive, relaxed enjoyment. The emphasis is on the display vehicles and elements of Italian style such as fashion, food, music and travel -- all on the beautiful grounds of Laguna Seca Golf Ranch, at Monterey, California. The Ranch was crafted by Robert Trent Jones Senior & Junior and nestled among the oak studded hillsides of Monterey, providing breathtaking views of gorgeous Central Coast landscapes. It is sure to be a day filled with excitement, focusing on Italian culture and achievements of personalities who possess that special essence known as 'Italian Style.'

Is there Will Call?
-
Yes. Will-Call orders prior to August 16th (day of event) can be picked up at The Concorso Italiano event office located at the Laguna Seca Golf Ranch beginning August 12th. The office is located off of York Rd to the right in a mobile trailer and as you enter the Golf course.
**If you are picking up your CI Club order(s), Spectator order(s), Alfresco Luncheon order(s) or Bicycle Registrations on Friday August 16th (day of event) please follow traffic on Hwy 68 to Pasadera Dr and you will be parked into General Spectator parking. Do not set your GPS system or tracking system. It will direct you onto York road and this is for Show cars only and you will be asked to turn around back to Hwy 68. Will-Call is located at the front gate where tickets are being sold. The attendants will direct you to where the front gate is. All Italian, Italian Motorcycles and Non-Italian Registered show cars please follow traffic on Hwy 68 to York road. Will-Call will be handled in the golf course parking lot before proceeding onto the green.

No, please stop at an ATM before you arrive at the event if you need to pull out cash.

Are children allowed at the event?

Concorso Italiano is a family friendly event. Children 12 and under are admitted free while accompanied by a paying adult.

Are pets allowed at the event?

No. Only service animals are allowed on the property. No exceptions.

If I can't make it to the event, can I get a refund?

There are no refunds after 15 days of purchase or 30 days prior to the event -- no exceptions.

If my vehicle is not ready for show can I get a refund?
-
It is best to wait and make sure your vehicle is ready before registering your vehicle because there are no refunds after 15 days of purchase or 30 days prior to the event -- no exceptions.

What if I leave my tickets or vehicle Registration at home?

You will have to re-purchase new tickets or Re-register your vehicle -- no exceptions. (Please note: you may pick up a reimbursement request form – follow the instructions and your request will be reviewed on a case by case basis)

What if I need to exchange my vehicle?

This must be done no later than August 5th. After this date no exchanges may be made.

Yes! Ample on-site parking is available.

Concorso Italiano has an excellent selection of food booths set up in our food court located inside the event.

What time can I put my car on the Green?
-
Cars need to arrive between 6:00 am and 9:00 am. After the show begins, our insurance does not allow placement of cars. If you arrive after 9:00 am you will be directed to VIP parking and enter the event as a spectator.
Thursday Early Placement Hang Tag: You may place your car on Thursday between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm (the day before the event). After you place your car on the Green (you will be shown where to park), you must turn in your Hang Tag at the Concorso Italiano office in exchange for your admission ticket and a Hang Tag for complimentary parking for Friday's entry. Note: Your passenger will already have their admission ticket (sent with your materials).
Departure Time: Due to insurance requirements, Display Vehicles may begin leaving at 5:00 p.m. Please, no exceptions. This is an agreed-upon condition per our Terms & Conditions, which are also located on our registration forms. This is extremely important to the integrity of the event and the safety of those attending.
