Concorso Italiano Foundation is thrilled that we can gather once again this August.  As North America continues to emerge from the battles with the Covid-19 outbreak, we are acutely aware that not all regions of the world are on the road to recovery.  Specifically, our heart goes out to how hard the virus hit Italy.  Additionally, select regions of Italy continue with the significant struggle.

In northern Italy, about 30 miles northeast of Milan, is Bergamo, which has been and continues to be the Italian epicenter of the Covid-19 outbreak.  The surrounding regions are home to many of the manufacturers and suppliers of our favorite Italian automotive brands.

This beautiful area is where many of the news stories of the thousands of infections and hundreds of deaths are occurring in Italy.
 
The Concorso Italiano Foundation invites you to join us to help provide resources to the medical and service communities that are delivering the desperately needed support to the people in the region, especially the elderly.
 
With our partners, we researched and spoke with relations who reside in the region. Through this Concorso network we identified the Cesvi Foundation as the best way to have an impact there by sending much needed financial support for the Foundation’s noble work.

Cesvi Foundation provides medical protective equipment to the main hospital in Bergamo and as importantly, helps the elderly and families to shelter in place by providing equipment, food delivery and support services directly in their homes, helping to curb the spread of this horrific pandemic.  With the Cesvi Foundation supporting the community and providing medical supplies, the hospital is able to focus on the most critical cases that arrive every day.  Click the link at the end of this email to see more details about the great work provided at the Cesvi Foundation.

We invite you to partner with us in our efforts to impact the region we so love. 

Here are ways you can join us in supporting Cesvi: 

• For every ticket and vehicle registration purchased between now and June 1, Concorso Italiano will donate $10 to the Cesvi Foundation

• When you purchase your ticket or register your vehicle, you also have the option to make an additional contribution to the Cesvi Foundation.
• If you have already purchased a ticket or registered your car and want to donate, Concorso Italiano will of course still make the contribution.  Please do so Here.  
• If you prefer, you are welcome to go directly to the Cesvi Foundation Go Fund Me page to contribute. 

Please thoughtfully consider a contribution of any size to Cesvi.  We will add up all the contributions and send to Cesvi directly after June 1.  We know they are a reputable and responsible organization, which means your contribution will be maximized.

We pray for continued healing and recovery of both our nations, and of all people affected.  Every contribution makes a difference.
